1 General Terms & Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200.

99bmw does not charge any additional fees on transactions. However, your mobile banking provider may apply a small transfer fee in accordance with their own policies.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions on 99bmw are subject to specific terms. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the terms associated with that bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new registered members once only.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used together unless explicitly stated.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days from the date of issue.
• 99bmw reserves the right to void any bonus if misuse is suspected.

Free spin bonuses are valid only on specified slot games. Wagering requirements may also apply to any winnings from free spins.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on 99bmw are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. Every game outcome is entirely random and never predetermined.

• Every game has its own rules, which can be viewed before the game starts.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99bmw and may result in permanent account termination:

7 Account Closure & Suspension

99bmw reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason. This typically occurs in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• A discrepancy is found during KYC verification.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• The player has requested self-exclusion.

You may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned to you subject to the applicable terms.

For inactive accounts, a maintenance fee of up to BDT 100 or 10% of the balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted per month after 12 months of inactivity.
